MADK is an intense and dark canon with many potentially triggering themes and types of content; as its protagonist, many of these are inherent in interacting with Makoto and might come up in the prose and introspection of tags depending on the situation. Below are content warnings that might possibly come up:

• Cannibalism / Vore
• Suicide / Suicidal Ideation
• Gore / Guro
• Dismemberment / Decapitation
• Stitches / Medical sutures
• Prostitution as a minor (specifically between the ages of ~15 and 17)
• Non-con / Dubcon (unlikely to come up, but there are instances of it in the source material)
